Slippery Elm Bark (ulmus fulvus) is used internally for sore throats, cough, diarrhea, dysentery, gastritis, colitis, duodenal ulcers, and urinary tract health and may be used externally for teething discomfort, inflamed or irritated skin and wounds.For oral health, adults and children 2 years of age and older, open 2 capsules and allow contents to dissolve slowly in the mouth, or prepare as a tea with honey. May be repeated every hour for as long as needed or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Children under 2 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor.
